At Dwyer, Black & Lyle, LLP we limit our practice to handling personal injury cases in New York and Pennsylvania.  That being the case, our four attorneys and staff of seven have all been specifically trained in these cases and can therefore provide you with the best results possible. 

In addition to our qualified and experienced paralegals and secretarial staff, we employ two additional staff members to help handle the issues that arise in personal injury litigation. To assist the attorneys in working though the sometimes difficult process of determining how and why an incident or injury occurred we employ a full time Investigator, James N. Connelly.  In addition, the medical aspects of our clients' cases can be quite complex so we also have a Registered Nurse, Mary Byeth, on staff to assist both the attorneys and our clients with their understanding of the injuries suffered.  To learn more about these members of our staff click here.
